Palmer Supply Bid, Award and Quote Process

Pre-Bid

Before submitting your bid, as a self-performing general contractor, you can: Procure material quotes directly from Palmer Supply Inc. to use in your proposal, ensuring that all money spent with us counts 100% towards your SDVOB goals. Request that your prime and or subcontractors obtain quotes from Palmer Supply Inc. for any materials they will need.

Post Award

After a project is awarded, if your subcontractors are not SDVOB certified and you have not fulfilled your SDVOB goals, Palmer Supply Inc. can assist in meeting those requirements.

Direct Material Quotes

Palmer Supply Inc. can quote materials directly to your subcontractors for most scopes of work, and these purchases would count toward your SDVOB goals.

Alternatively, if you've already received material quotes to purchase through Palmer Supply Inc., you can still use those quotes for SDVOB goal purposes.
